Experience:
I have run my own trout farm for the last 5 years. This supplied
Morrisons with portion trout as well as providing Brown and Rainbow
trout for restocking. I also set up a smokery and hatchery on
site. Prior to this I was managing a 100t restocking farm, and
after completing my degree I managed a 20t restocking and table
farm.
