Trout fillets with Lime and Caper sauce
Oh so easy to put together, and cooked
in no time at all - you really must try this dish.
Trout fillets are first pan fried and then capers, dill,
a little lime juice and salt and pepper are added to the
pan to create the sauce. That's it.
Here served with mashed potato, but your favourite green
vegetable would work a treat.
